Sherry Cask Manhattan

A rich, elegant take on the Manhattan. The sherry cask finish lends a subtle fruit note that enhances the vermouth’s depth and the bitters’ bite.

2 oz Nelson Brothers Sherry Cask Finish
.75 oz sweet vermouth
.25 oz dry vermouth
1 dash orange bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice until well-chilled. Strain into a coupe. Garnish with a cocktail cherry and an expressed orange peel, then discard the peel.
