How do Bottle Drops work?
Check your email for links to shop your member-exclusive bottles. Act Fast as quantities are limited!
Reminder: Due to state laws, we are not able to ship to TN; check the details of each drop to see if we have will have bottles available in Nashville.

When do my benefits start?
--If you are visiting in person and have signed up at the distillery, your in-person benefits start on your next visit with us.
--If you live across the country, you may access all of our information for members as well as bottle drops upon registration.

Visiting Nashville? Be sure to request your member card to gain access to your benefits on site!

How do Renewals work?
During the anniversary month of your membership, you will receive an email asking if you would like to renew your membership.
To confirm your renewal: A) Respond to the email with a Yes OR B) Come into the Distillery and receive a penny Old Fashioned & renewal mark on your card.

How do I book my Member Tour?
Simply login to Tock, our booking system, using the email address you registered with and your discount will be applied at checkout.

Looking for a Mocktail this Month?
Apple Picking by Rachel Ramirez
2 oz apple cider
1 oz black tea
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz brown sugar syrup (1:1 brown sugar to water)
.25 oz ginger syrup
3 dashes Fee Foam

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with grated nutmeg and dried citrus.

2 oz Nelson's Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey
.25 oz smoked maple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 rounded tablespoons batter

Batter:
.5 lb butter (softened)
.5 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
.5 teaspoon ground clove
Dash of ground ginger

To mix the batter, cream butter with brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Add spices and mix well. In a coffee mug, add two rounded tablespoons of batter along with Tennessee Whiskey and maple syrup. Top with hot water and stir well to combine. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or grated nutmeg.

Delectable Bites from Green Brier's Kitchen

French Toast Casserole by Stefanie Bomar
2 cans cinnamon rolls
½ cup butter
⅓ cup sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup heavy whipping cream (sub in ¼ cup Green Brier Cream Liqueur w/ ½ cup cream for a boozy casserole)
3 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup chopped pecans
Icing from cinnamon roll packages
Optional: 1 tbsp Green Brier Cream Liqueur

Set oven to 350

1. In a large bowl, melt butter with sugar
2. Beat eggs, cream & liqueur, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla
3. Open canned cinnamon rolls and slice into fourths. Place cinnamon roll pieces in into egg mixture and coat thoroughly.
4. Pour the pieces into a greased 9x12 casserole dish and spread evenly. Use any leftover egg mixture to coat casserole.
5. Sprinkle with pecans and bake on a low rack for 35-40 minutes until brown
6. Remove casserole from oven. Warm icing for 15 seconds in microwave. If adding cream liqueur, add to warmed icing, mix, then pour evenly across the bake.
