When do my benefits start?
If you are visiting in person and have signed up at the distillery, your in-person benefits start on your next visit with us.

If you live across the country, you may access all of our information for members as well as bottle drops upon registration.

Visiting Nashville? Be sure to request your member card to gain access to your benefits on site!

How do Renewals work?
During the anniversary month of your membership, you will receive an email asking if you would like to renew your membership. To confirm your renewal: Click on the Link provided in the email to update your member information.

Come into the Distillery and receive a penny Old Fashioned & renewal mark on your card!

How do I book my Member Tour?
Simply login to Tock, our booking system, using the email address you registered with and your discount will be applied at checkout.

Sesame Street
by Daniel Smith

• 1.5 oz Nelson Brothers Classic Bourbon
• 2.5 oz black tea
• 1 oz black sesame syrup
• Sesame cold foam to top

Combine bourbon, tea and sesame syrup in a mixing glass, add ice and stir. Strain over ice in a Collins glass, leaving room at the top of the glass.Top drink drink with cold foam and garnish with grated cinnamon.

Toasted Black Sesame Syrup

• 1/4 Cup Black Sesame Seeds
• 2 Cups Water
• Brown Sugar
• Vanilla Extract

Toast 1/4 cup of black sesame seeds in a pan, muddling as they toast. Once toasted, add 2 cups of water and let simmer. Strain and discard the sesame seeds. Combine 2 parts brown sugar and 1 part sesame water to pot and let simmer at a low heat. Add 4 drops vanilla extract to the pot and stir until all sugar has dissolved. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.

Sesame Cold Foam

• 1oz Heavy Cream
• .25oz Sesame Syrup

To prepare the cold foam, combine 1 oz heavy cream with .25 oz sesame syrup and whip with a cocktail shaker or milk frother.

Hot Pimento Cheese Dip

Ingredients
1 lb. shredded white cheddar cheese
8 oz. diced roasted green chiles
10 roasted garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. cayenne
1 cup sour cream
12 oz. cream cheese
1 pinch salt
3 tsp. granulated onion
1 cup of roasted jalapeno, diced
8 oz. diced white American cheese
1/2 tbsp. chopped rosemary
1 cup green onion

Directions
Leave the cream cheese at room temperature so it softens. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, white cheddar, and American cheese into a mixer with a paddle attachment. On low speed, add chiles, cayenne, garlic, granulated onion, jalapeno, rosemary, and green onion. Mix all ingredients until everything is incorporated, then season with salt and pepper. Place in an oven safe dish and warm in your oven at 325 degrees for 25 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Place the dish in front of your hungry fans with pretzel crisps, veggies, or pita.
