1.5 oz Nelson Brothers Cognac Cask Finish
½ bergamot, hand-juiced
.5 oz gin syrup
Barspoon cocktail cherry syrup
1 dash aromatic bitters
2 dashes orange bitters

Prepare a Nick & Nora glass with a sugar rim. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into the glass. Wrap an orange peel around the interior of the glass for garnish.

Gin Syrup
Combine 1 cup dry gin with 1 cup sugar. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Store in the refrigerator.
