Chocolate Espresso Martini

2 oz Nelson's Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey

.75 oz Nelson's Green Brier Chocolate Hazelnut Liqueur

1 oz cold brew concentrate

.25 oz demerara syrup

2 dashes chocolate bitters

3 drops saline

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with shaved chocolate.
