1.5 oz Belle Meade Bourbon
.75 oz bitter orange apertif
.75 oz sweet vermouth
1 dash orange bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over one large cube or sphere. Express the oils from an orange peel over the top of the drink and insert peel into the drink.
