Your membership is activated after your first allocation.
Pickup Members - If you would like to activate your membership early, we invite you to visit the distillery to purchase any 3-bottle selection. Once completed, you can start taking advantage of your membership benefits.
Shipping Members - Your first automatic allocation will be processed and shipped to you within a week of joining. If you join within 3 weeks of a new allocation, the new allocation will be your first release.
Your benefits will be activated after your first release is processed. You must take a minimum of two releases per year to maintain an active status.
The cost of the club allocations will vary dependent on the whiskeys offered in the club. Every May will include Honey, every November will include Black Brier and then the other whiskeys will be a mix of core, special lots and cask series.
The estimated cost per allocation will be around $240-$310 per allocation. There is not a membership fee.
If you are a Coopers Club Collectors member and we ship your whiskeys, you can make changes or updates to your order prior to billing. Once an order has been processed/shipped, we may have the ability to hold, redirect (within state lines), or cancel an order, however shipping and/or restocking fees will apply. If you are a Coopers Club Collectors member and pick up your whiskeys, due to the limited availability of the whiskeys, once your order is processed, no changes can be made. You can add additional whiskeys to your order when you visit us to pick up.
Yes, all shipments must be signed for by someone 21 years of age or older. If no one is present at the time of delivery, there will be 2 more attempts made prior to being returned to our warehouse. If your whiskey is returned to us for any reason, we can reship the order. However, please note, any reshipping fees will be charged to the credit card on your account. We suggest shipping to a business address, if possible, to avoid any missed shipments or delays.
Your membership may be cancelled after fulfilling a three-shipment minimum. We hope your membership lasts a lifetime but realize that isn't always the case. You may skip up to one club shipment per year. This will enable you to keep your Coopers Club benefits and you will automatically receive the following shipment.
To pause or cancel your membership, contact us via email at email@example.com. Upon cancellation, we will send you a cancellation confirmation, if you do not receive this; your membership may not be fully cancelled.
We are excited to let you know we will always have a Coopers Club Collectors Pick Up Party the second Saturday of each billing month - January, May & October. This enables you to plan a visit or send a friend.
Club allocations not picked up over the release weekend will be cancelled. After 2 cancelled allocations, your membership may be terminated.

Please note, if your allocation is cancelled, we cannot guarantee availability of our limited core or cask releases.
Customizing or adjusting your order is very easy and simple to do. Whether it’s adding additional whiskeys or changing the quantities of our pre-selected offerings – you can do this at your leisure. When you receive your whiskey club notification, there are a few ways to adjust your order.
Your email notification will include the newly released whiskeys. If you like the selections, you do not need to do anything.
For shipping members, if you would like to customize your selections, simply log into your account before the billing date to make any desired updates. If you are not able to customize your selection this way, simply reach out to us directly to let us know what you would like at email@example.com. If we don’t hear from you, you will receive the scheduled whiskeys that are pre-selected in that release.
For pickup members, you will receive the automatic allocations in your release. At the release party, when you pick up your allocation, you can add any additional bottles you want from any of the whiskeys that are available at that time.
Previous Coopers Club members are not automatically enrolled in our new Coopers Club and your previous membership is not carried over. To guarantee access to limited release bottles and to attend private Coopers Club events, pick up parties and receive other member perks we invite you to join our Collectors Club.
