Five Golden Rings

2 oz Nelson’s Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz honey syrup (2:1 raw honey and water)
.25 oz allspice dram
1 dash chocolate bitters

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass. Express the oils from a lemon peel over the top of the drink and discard the peel.
