Four Calling Birds

This delicious cardinal red holiday mimosa cocktail is part of our 12 Days of Christmas Cocktails Series at the Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery Cocktail Bar. Visit the Distillery Cocktail Bar Thursday-Sunday to see which of the 12 special cocktails are available.

1.5 oz Nelson’s Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey
.5 oz Aperol
1.5 oz pomegranate juice
.25 oz orange juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with rosemary and pomegranate seeds.
