Tennessee Gold Rush
This variation on a whiskey sour features the rich, deep flavor of raw honey syrup. We recommend opting for local honey to support your local beekeeper. Honey and lemon create a beautiful showcase for our Tennessee Whiskey and Angostura and Peychaud’s bitters add a hint of baking spice and stone fruit.

2 oz TN Whiskey
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz honey simple (2:1 ratio raw honey to water)
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash Peychaud's bitters
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Express the oils from a lemon peel over the top of the drink and insert peel into drink.
