Southern Boulevardier
Equal parts bitter, bold and sweet make up this refreshing variation on a classic Boulevardier. Nelson’s Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey and bittersweet Aperol are rounded out by the vanilla notes of Carpano Bianco. This versatile cocktail can be enjoyed up or on the rocks.

1.25 oz TN Whiskey
.75 oz Aperol
.5 oz Carpano Bianco vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe or into a rocks glass over one large ice cube or sphere. Express the oils from orange peel over the top of the drink and insert peel into drink.
