Sweet & Spicy Spiked Coffee

1.5 oz Louisa’s Liqueur
1.5 oz cold brew
.5 oz ancho chile liqueur
.5 oz demerara syrup (2:1 ratio demerara sugar to water)
3 dashes mole bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Express the oils from an orange peel over the top of the drink and insert peel into drink.
