Pretty Fly for a Rye Julep

A Southern twist on a classic, Pretty Fly for a Rye Julep brings bold Green Brier Rye together with the rich sweetness of demerara and maple, balanced by bitters and fresh mint. It’s smooth, spiced, and just the right amount of fly.

2 oz Green Brier Rye
Barspoon demerara
Barspoon maple syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash orange bitters
4 mint leaves

Add fresh mint leaves to your julep tin and muddle. Build the rest of the cocktail directly into the tin, add pebble ice, and stir until chilled. Grate cinnamon overtop and garnish with fresh mint, edible flowers, and a dried lemon wheel.
