.75 oz Nelson’s Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey
.75 oz Aperol
.75 oz Amaro Montenegro
.75 oz lemon juice
.25 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. “Dry shake” without ice to mix the ingredients and then add ice and shake hard until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a miniature paper plane.
