Eternal Sunshine

Bright and aromatic, the Eternal Sunshine layers zesty Seville orange and lemon with the warmth of apricot syrup and cardamom bitters, all smoothed out by silky egg white. Served in a chilled Irish coffee glass, it's a vibrant, sunny sip with a soft, spiced finish.

1.5 oz Nelson’s Green Brier Dry Gin
.5 oz Seville orange juice (hand juiced)
.25 oz lemon juice
.75 oz apricot syrup
2 dashes cardamom bitters
Egg white
Combine all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (no ice). Add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled Irish coffee glass and garnish with a skewered apricot and a few drops of Peychaud’s – get fancy with it!
