Ten Lords A Leaping

2 oz Nelson Bros. Bourbon
.5 oz demerara syrup (equal parts demerara sugar and water)
.5 oz chocolate syrup
Whole egg
1 dash aromatic bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. "Dry shake" with no ice to mix the ingredients then add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a chilled rocks glass. Express the oils from an orange peel over the top of the drink and discard the peel.
