Nine Ladies Dancing

Inspired by the Dance of the Sugarplums, this cocktail is part of our 12 Days of Christmas Cocktails Series at the Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery Cocktail Bar. Visit the Distillery Cocktail Bar Thursday-Sunday through December 23 to see which of the 12 special cocktails are available.

2 oz Nelson’s Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey
.75 oz lime juice
1 oz vanilla spiced simple syrup
3 dashes plum bitters
1 egg white

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. “Dry shake” with no ice to mix the ingredients, then add ice and shake hard until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with grated cinnamon and nutmeg.
