Eleven Pipers Piping

This spiced and smoked whiskey sour cocktail is part of our 12 Days of Christmas Cocktails Series at the Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery Cocktail Bar. Visit the Distillery Cocktail Bar Thursday-Sunday through December 23 to see which of the 12 special cocktails are available.

2 oz Nelson Bros. Classic Bourbon
1.5 oz apple cider
.25 oz lemon juice
.25 oz demerara syrup
.5 oz allspice dram

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
