Missing Manhattan

2 oz Belle Meade Bourbon
1 oz Cocchi Torino Vermouth
1/4 oz Dry Orange Curaçao
1 bar spoon Zucca
3 dashes peach bitters

Place all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish and enjoy.

This cocktail ads the soft, bitter sweet notes of Zucca Amaro (rhubarb based) and peach to the familiar flavors of the classic Manhattan. Expect more depth and complexity along with a delicious finish. It was inspired by, and named for, the creator’s fond feelings about the city he hasn’t seen in a while.
