Hot Buttered Whiskey
Guard against the winter chill with a Hot Buttered Tennessee Whiskey. The sweet toffee notes of Nelson’s Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey create the perfect base for this rich, comforting beverage.

Per serving:
2 oz Tennessee Whiskey
0.25 oz maple
2 rounded tablespoons batter
Batter:
0.25 lb butter (softened)
0.25 cup brown sugar
0.5 T cinnamon
0.5 tsp nutmeg
0.25 tsp cloves
Dash of ginger
To mix the batter, cream butter with brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Add spices and mix well. In an Irish Coffee mug, add two rounded tablespoons of batter along with Tennessee Whiskey and maple syrup. Top with hot water and stir well to combine. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or grated nutmeg.
