Green Brier Old Fashioned

The Original Tennessee Whiskey shines in a classic Old Fashioned. Lemon bitters and zest play with the brighter flavors of the spirit, allowing it to take center stage.

2 oz Nelson’s Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey
.25 oz demerara syrup (2:1 ratio demerara sugar to water)
1 dash aromatic bitters
1 dash lemon bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over one large cube or sphere. Express the oils from a lemon peel over the top of the drink and insert peel into the drink.
