Beck and Call

1.5 oz Belle Meade Bourbon
.75 oz Becherovka
.75 oz Carpano Bianco Vermouth
2 dash Orange Bitters

Stir and Strain. Serve in a rocks glass with 1 large cube or sphere. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

This twist on the classic Boulevardier utilizes the Czech herbal liqueur Becherovka. Heavy on the cinnamon and ginger, Becherovka compliments the high-rye content of Belle Meade Bourbon. The Beck and Call is rounded out with the sweet creamy vanilla notes of Carpano Bianco Vermouth and a hint of orange from the bitters and garnish. Enjoy on a nice crisp fall day watching your favorite team!
