Apple Old Fashioned

1.25 oz Nelson Brothers Classic
.75 oz Copper & Kings Apple Brandy
.25 oz maple syrup
1 Barspoon allspice dram
1 dash orange bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain over one large cube or sphere. Express the oils from an orange peel over the top of the drink and insert peel into the drink along with a cinnamon stick.
