Puttin' on the Spritz
Start the festivities with a bottle of bubbly and some Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey! Bright and refreshing, this cocktail has been a favorite at Green Brier holiday parties.

1.5 oz Nelson’s Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz rosemary-infused simple syrup
Chilled Sparkling Wine
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
Rosemary-Infused Simple Syrup: Combine equal parts sugar and water in a large saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Add in fresh rosemary and stir to combine. At the first crack of a boil, turn off the heat and continue stirring until sugar is dissolved. Once cool, discard the rosemary and fine strain into a container. Add in fresh rosemary. Steep until desired taste. Fine strain again and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
