The Tennessean: Nelson's Green Brier Distillery revives 150-year-old family whiskey recipe


Thanks to fine folks over at The Tennessean for stopping by and talking to us about our brand new Tennessee Whiskey. While this might be a new product for the current market, it’s actually a pretty old recipe that we painstakingly revived after about 150 years

“We’re really excited about this launch of the product that we essentially started 13 years ago to bring back to life,” said Charlie Nelson, sitting inside their expansive 50,000-square-foot Nelson's Green Brier Distillery, housed in a historic automotive factory near downtown. “Over a third of my life has been dedicated to bringing this product back to life.”
