2 oz espresso (or strong coffee)
Vanilla or caramel ice cream
Place a generous scoop of vanilla or caramel ice cream in a cocktail glass. Drizzle with Louisa’s Liqueur and fresh espresso. Garnish with chocolate covered espresso beans.
