Sometimes simple really is best! Louisa’s Liqueur is the perfect spirit to sweeten the classic affogato. Fresh espresso and Louisa’s Liqueur pair well with vanilla ice cream – but a scoop of caramel would be even more indulgent. Garnish with chocolate covered espresso beans for a little extra crunch.

2 oz Louisa’s Liqueur
2 oz espresso (or strong coffee)
Vanilla or caramel ice cream
Place a generous scoop of vanilla or caramel ice cream in a cocktail glass. Drizzle with Louisa’s Liqueur and fresh espresso. Garnish with chocolate covered espresso beans.
